1. About AERA
AERA provides travel-planning, flight-discovery, comparison, and booking-handoff tools. AERA is designed to help you find relevant travel options from a natural-language request.
2. Flight information
Flight schedules, prices, availability, baggage information, aircraft, and other travel details may change after a search. Information displayed by AERA should therefore be treated as informational until confirmed by the relevant booking provider.
3. Booking with third parties
AERA may provide links or handoffs to airlines and third-party booking providers. Any booking, payment, ticket issuance, cancellation, refund, or modification is handled by the provider you choose and is subject to that provider's terms, conditions, and policies.
4. Prices and availability
A displayed fare is not a guarantee that the same fare will remain available. The booking provider may re-check price and availability before a booking is completed. Always review the final details shown by the provider before paying.
5. Your use of AERA
You agree to use AERA lawfully and not to interfere with the operation of the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that could harm AERA or other users.
6. Third-party services
AERA depends on third-party services and travel data providers. Their availability, accuracy, pricing, and policies are outside AERA's direct control.
7. No guarantee of results
AERA aims to provide useful and accurate travel-planning information, but we do not guarantee that every search will return results, that every location will have available flights, or that displayed information will remain unchanged.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as AERA develops. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
