When you use AERA, you may provide information in your travel request, such as departure and destination locations, travel dates, preferences, and other details needed to understand and plan your journey.
3. How we use information
AERA uses travel-request information to understand your journey, search for relevant flight options, provide recommendations, maintain the conversation experience, and facilitate a handoff to a booking provider when you choose to continue.
4. Flight and booking providers
AERA relies on third-party travel and flight providers to retrieve flight information and, where applicable, provide booking options. When you continue to an external provider, that provider may receive information required for its service and will handle it according to its own privacy policy and terms.
5. Payments and tickets
AERA does not represent itself as the issuer of airline tickets. When a booking is completed with a third-party provider, payment and booking information are handled by that provider under its own policies.
6. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through AERA. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid submitting passwords, payment card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information into travel requests.

AERA may link or redirect you to websites operated by airlines, booking providers, or other third parties. We do not control their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information or completing a booking.
